IDPs beg for job opportunity as NSCDC, NIS take queue to donate relief items

Internally displaced persons, IDPs, asked for recruitment into paramilitary organisations as the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and the Nigeria Immigration Service donate relief items to camps.

The paramilitary chiefs had pledged to assist the IDPs when they accompanied the Interior Minister, Dambazau to the camps ‎recently.

In fulfilling the pledge, the Commander General of NSCDC, Abdullahi Muhammad Gana presented bags of rice and cooking oil to the displaced persons at Malkohi camp in Yola.
