I HAVE LOST INTEREST IN SEX!!!!!!

I am a 45-year-old mother of four. I noticed that after the birth of my last child about four years ago, I have lost all interest in sex. My husband is a committed and loving man and this has been a shock to him. Kindly help me as the problem has started affecting my marriage.
