Dubai tower engulfed in fire just before the New year celebration

Nearly all of the 63-story 'The Address' tower caught fire with hundreds of bystanders fleeing smoke and falling debris.

The fire started on the 20th floor of the building and only affected the outside structure. What a way to end the year. Really sad.
